Off-Site Consultation

Remote consultation is usually performed over the internet via email, but can also be done by regular ground mail or by telephone.   

Confidentiality
We require that officers of both companies sign a Confidential Disclosure Agreement prior to initiating consultations.  Please see our Confidentiality Page for detailed information.

Preparation
If you are seeking consultation on a particular problem, we recommend that you send us documentation of problem specifics.  If you wish to be contacted by telephone, we recommend that you send the documentation at least two days before the telephone discussion.  We have a list of recommended documentation here.
